An overview of my corporate reporting service
I offer a range of business proofreading services for corporate reports including, but not limited to, detailed annual reports, accounts, quarterly reports, marketing material, interim and half-yearly reports. I work hard to ensure that my proofreading services are efficient, cost-effective and accurate, offering businesses who wish to outsource their corporate proofreading excellent value for money, with fast and reliable turnaround times.
Proofreading of corporate reports
My proofreading service for corporate reports will:
- Read and mark up an average of 60 pages per day, using annotation tools in PDF or Track Changes in Word.
- Check spelling, punctuation, grammar and consistency.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed throughout the document.
- Check page numbering.
- Flag blank pages.
- Check footnote style and numbering.
- Check headers for case consistency.
- Flag any design inconsistencies.
- Check that contents sections match page numbers/headings.
- Check the spelling of names of key directors and business lines.
- Ensure correct use of hyphens vs dashes in text and tables.
Prices and turnaround time
Prices start at £250 for a 60-page PDF report with a turnaround time of one working day. Please contact me direct for a bespoke quotation and availability for your project.

- I do not re-write any of the content (unless copy-editing has been agreed as part of the project).
How it works
Once we have agreed a price (based on the number of pages) and deadline, and you have sent a brief outlining the project, I’ll need you to supply:
- A PDF (ideally prepared by a professional artworker) or a Word document.
- Style sheet/brand guidelines, if available.
Once your project is complete, I will:
- Return your document within the deadline along with notes on anything that requires particular attention.
- Invoice you within one week, requesting payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
